Silent River Film Festival “A Tale of Two Cities” will take place from October 17th-20th at the Edwards Westpark 8 Theater in Irvine, and at Laemmle Music Hall theater in Beverly Hills. This annual celebration of artistic excellence and creative activism includes 47 films from 17 countries to explore the works of many emerging independent filmmakers, talents, as well as the works of masters in cine art.
